Creating an Iconic Hospitality Experience
The transformation of BV Estate Winery required a collaborative design-build approach where architecture, interior design, engineering, and craftsmanship worked as one. VCG Global deliver a fully integrated architectural millwork package that enhances every guest in interaction throughout the estate.

Every architectural detail was designed to elevate the guest experience while honoring the heritage of one of Napa Valley's most iconic wineries.
Highlights
The Grand Tasting Room: Radius millwork fluted white oak, integrated lighting, and leathered Cielo Quartzite were meticulously crafted to create a refined centerpiece that celebrates both craftsmanship and hospitality.
Radius Tasting Bar: Hand-selected white oak, precision radius fabrication, and leathered Cielo Quartzite combine to create a sculptural tasting bar that serves as the centerpiece of the Rutherford Atrium.
Fluted Radius Detail: Custom radius fluted white oak was meticulously engineered and fabricated to deliver seamless curves, consistent reveals, and furniture-grade detailing from every perspective.
Central Wine Display: A custom display tower crafted in stained white oak, mirrored glass, and decorative brass celebrates BV's wine collection while creating a striking focal point within the tasting experience.
The Social Heart of the Estate
Created as an intimate destination for members and guests, the Member's Bar showcases handcrafted architectural millwork, integrated lighting, leathered Cielo Quartzite, and hand-selected white oak in a refined hospitality setting where every detail enhances the guest experience.

Designed to disappear within the 54-foot Main Wine Wall, the concealed passage preserves the architectural rhythm while providing seamless access behind the display. Precision engineering, concealed hardware, and exact grain alignment ensure the door remains virtually invisible until activated.
Designed to disappear within the wall, the concealed door maintains perfect panel alignment and uninterrupted architectural detailing. Behind the seamless façade lies a fully engineered access door, demonstrating VCG Global’s ability to integrate sophisticated functionality without compromising design.
